新基建是智慧经济时代贯彻新发展理念，吸收新科技革命成果， 实现国家生态化、数字化、智能化、高速化、新旧动能转换与经济结构对称态，建立现代化经济体系的国家基本建设与基础设施建设。为了推动和见证这场伟大的时代变革，
助推国家新基建产业发展战略，在国家相关部委与上海市政府的大力支持下，中国科学技术协会、上海市经济信息化委信息化推进处、中国云智汇网、合肥南辰数字科技有限公司、中国信息协会、信息基础设施创新产业联盟联合发起NII2021中国国际信息基础设科学技术创新大会。本次大会专注于信息基础设施产业的跨界融合与创新趋势，通过会展联动，汇聚产业高端资源体系，
充分展示大出行产业新思维、新技术、新产品、新模式和新业态，致力于成为具有国际影响力的交流和展示平台，成为出行产业未来发展风向标。
新一届NII大会将于 2021年 10 月 21 日—22 日在上海隆重举办。 在此， 我们诚挚邀请出行产业相关机构能积极参与本次大会,相约上海
